At New Millennia™, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase of our custom-made products. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.
Custom-Made Products
Our products are custom-made with a lead time of up to 2 weeks. Once an order enters production or has been shipped, it is non-refundable. Please confirm all details before finalizing your purchase.
Shipping and Insurance
All products are shipped via USPS and include shipping insurance. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@newmillennia.com. We will work with you to submit a shipping insurance claim and resolve the issue.
Exchanges for Incorrect Sizes
We allow exchanges for incorrect sizes, provided the product is:
- Unworn and in its original condition.
- Returned to us before the exchange is processed.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as shipping costs for the new item. Alternatively, we can offer a discount to reorder the correct size if preferred.
To initiate an exchange, contact us at support@newmillennia.com. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for any other reason, including changes in preference. Please reach out to discuss your unique situation, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
